The Ministry of Education circulated Ramadan 2026 school hours on 8 February 2026, as reported by Al Maqar:

UNCONFIRMED: we could not find the circular itself on moe.gov.om; Ministry regulations also allow directorates to choose between set timing options.
Private and Indian-curriculum schools publish their own. One example: Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir's 2026 circular set kindergarten at 8am to 11am and primary at 7.20am to 11.50am.
Eid al-Fitr 2027 and school breaks

- Oman's public holiday for Eid is announced close to the date. Private schools list their own Eid break in their calendars.
